Our Services
We offer a bespoke personal web design service to clients in Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Maidstone and the surrounding areas of Kent, London and the South East.
Even if you are outside our main client area, we are always happy to discuss your web design requirements and to find ways in which we are able to provide our services to you.
Initial Discussion
We arrange a meeting to come in to discuss your business and your objectives for the website. Our aim is to understand how you operate and how best we can provide our services to you.
Proposal
After our meeting we produce a proposal based on our discussions. If you are happy with our proposal we'll ask you to sign our contract of work, then we can being designing and building your new website.
Design
A design is created and discussed with you. Here we can make changes, based on your comments, and further suggestions until you are happy with the overall design plans.
Development
Now we get down to work on crafting your perfect website. All of our sites are built using the responsive Foundation framework. For eCommerce, though, we use the leading PrestaShop or Magneto 2 packages.
What, no WordPress? We can offer WordPress if you want, but we feel our solutions offer our customers better, more flexible and more secure websites.
Feedback
Throughout the development process, we'll provide you with a staging area. This will allow you to see the progress we are making and allow you to provide feedback on the look and feel of the site.
Client Testing
Its important for both of us that you are delighted with how your website functions. Throughout our development process we'll ask you to test the functionality as the site is being built. This keeps delays to a minimum and satisfaction to the max.
Launch
Congratulations… your new site is ready for the World to see.
Training
There's no point having a new site if you don't know how to use it, especially if you have a CMS or eCommerce site. We'll provide full training for your staff and with a maintenance contract we'll always be there to help.
Support
Support is important for any business, we're just a phone call away.
Hosting
We are a hosting provider and can host and manage your site for you, removing the need for you to arrange and manage your hosting via another company. All the sites we host come complete with an SSL certificate for added security and higher rankings on search engines. You have full access to the cPanel, where you can control your website, webspace, emails and create FTP accounts. If you don't understand these terms, not to worry, we can explain them to you.
As a hosting provider we can provide the business email you need. With 30 day rolling back ups and no storage limits, you can't go wrong. As part of a maintenance package we can look after the management of your companies email for you.
SEO
Search Engine Optimisation isn't an exact science. Some companies claim to be able to get your ranking higher. Ultimately though, your ranking is based on good design with a responsive mobile site. The use of key words throughout each page help search engines index your website… all of these features are standard in our designs. We follow the best practices as defined by Google.
